NiNo’s Kebab is more than a restaurant. It is a family saga built on love, tradition and shared ambition. Eleven years ago, Ninos and Nora Younan moved from Jönköping, Sweden, to Mallorca with a clear dream of creating something of their own.
Their passion for the restaurant industry runs deep, inherited from their parents and shaped through years of hands on experience. Adding to this foundation is Ninos’ brother, Ashor, who brings extensive experience from the restaurant world in Sweden, where he has successfully created and developed several restaurant concepts.
But NiNo’s Kebab is not just a family story on paper. It is lived every day. When you visit the restaurant, the whole family is often present. Here you will find Ninos, Ashor and Nora, alongside sons, daughters and parents, all contributing with heart, dedication and pride.
Together, their combined knowledge, creativity and strong family bond shape NiNo’s Kebab into what it is today. A warm, welcoming place where tradition, community and genuinely good food come together and where every guest is treated as part of the family.
A Culinary Heritage
The kebab sauce at NiNo’s Kebab is the star of the show, a well-guarded family secret dating back to 1985. This sauce, along with a specially developed marinade for their kebabs featuring pork shoulder, brings an unparalleled depth of flavor.
Nino’s journey in the restaurant industry began at just nine years old, working alongside his parents.
They pride themselves on being one of the exclusive kebab restaurants on the island to serve pork kebab (gyros) and unique "Swedish" pizza.
These signature dishes, including there mouthwatering kebab pizza have quickly become favorites among guests and family troughout the years.
